01 General Provisions

03 Account Management & Security

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is received.
• To receive a promotional bonus, the applicable conditions must be met within the specified time period.
• q9999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories.

VIP Programme Cashback

q9999's VIP programme has four tiers, with weekly cashback available at each tier:

Regular active gameplay must be maintained to advance to higher tiers. All VIP benefit terms can be obtained from our support team.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

q9999 is committed to fair play and transparency. All our games are operated on the basis of impartial and random results. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by any external factor.

• Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by the outcome of any previous game.
• Any form of manipulation or tampering with the gaming software is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at q9999. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Providing false or misleading information on an account.

• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.

• Assisting minors in opening accounts or playing games.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicion of money laundering.

09 Limitation of Liability
